We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our refund guidelines below.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for store credit or exchange, as long as the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be returned within [insert your return window, e.g., 14 days or 30 days] of delivery

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial. Approved returns will be issued store credit or an exchange, depending on what you select.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories

  • Intimates or bodysuits

  • Gift cards

  • Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can assist you.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color, if available. If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit.


Order Issues

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours or 3 days] of delivery. We will help resolve the issue promptly.


Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
