Processing Time

Orders are processed promptly after they are placed. During busy periods or special promotions, processing may take a little longer. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates

We offer two flat-rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – $9.95

  • Priority Shipping – $13.95

Both options include tracking information.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the package leaves our facility.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply depending on carrier guidelines.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Ameli Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Damage that occurs during transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist if needed.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
